Maple Street Biscuit Company offers fantastic food, great biscuits and gravy, and large portions. The farmer biscuit with apple butter, chicken, and cheddar is amazing. The fried chicken is perfectly cooked, crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with delicious seasoning. The buttermilk biscuit is soft and flaky, and the bacon is smoky and crisp. The smashbrowns are so good, and the fall special waffles are a hit as well. Service is friendly and fast, even during busy times, and Walter is warm and super helpful. Fresh squeezed orange juice is good but pricey. The menu is kid-friendly with a variety of choices, including the sticky maple biscuit, fried green tomatoes, and the five and dime. A plain biscuit with homemade jelly is also a must-try.
