We have one in our town about 7 miles from our house, but always choose this location to eat. It is so much better than ours in our town. “Of the food I’ve tried, the flavors are appropriate to what we ate, including the sauces. Sports bar enthusiast will love that televisions available to watch their game. The music is upbeat, but not too loud. they do have a bar, but it’s separate and not the focus of the restaurant which is good. there are more than just beers. You can get hard alcohol too. The breakfast menu is always available during restaurant hours. Courteous staff ready to serve. Customization of your food is encouraged. I had a behemoth burger and potato soup. Both were flavorful. Size portions are decent. 99 out of 100.“

“We were camping down the road and were needing a good burger and came across Fat Patty’s. I ordered takeout of 2 burgers - Pretzel burger and the Original Patty burger. Easy to order online and pay, then went to pick them up. The bartender was friendly and she had the burgers ready to go quickly. \nThey were delicious! We didn’t need fries at the time, but I’m sure they would’ve been good too. Would definitely go back if in the area again someday!“

“We recently moved to the area and just found this gem! We have been there twice in a week! The burgers and shakes are amazing!! Our little one had nuggets and the bbq sauce is something else!!! “Perfect spot for a date night! We were drawn to this place for many reasons. From the history and atmosphere to the limited days/hours of service, we knew we were in for a treat. Service was consistent from the moment we arrived.
Chef James Hillen rivals some of the top Chefs that we have dined with. The food was FANTASTIC! Our steaks were flavorful and cooked to perfection with an exceptional sear.
The garlic mashed potatoes were perfectly seasoned and prepared. The homemade mac and cheese was creamy with the perfect crust on top. The salad was a good portion size and tasted like it was freshly chopped and prepared.
The asparagus was cooked to perfection and perfectly seasoned. The crème brûlée was balanced and creamy with a delicious hardened caramelized sugar layer.
We can't brag on this place enough and definitely recommend this restaurant. This is a place we will dine at again!“

“So my wife and I were driving home from Wilmington NC, when I got that feeling of hunger where you feel famished. I exit off the highway and head towards the steak n shake since it's been 10 years since I last ate at one. Oue hostess took our order and was as pleasant as a southern woman can be. She literally made you feel welcome. Our orders were cooked to perfection. She checked on us as we ate, in which I cracked a joke. Would absolutely recommend that anybody stop in here. Will definitely make it a stop during my road trips.“

“This Dairy Queen is AMAZING! I've gotten ice cream cakes at this particular store for years, always nice but just a normal experience. They are clean, they have a good selection and are on my way home, it's a win/win. I had a fluke with Maiya's cake that she wanted yesterday, someone else was supposed to order it but didn't and I didn't find out until 3:00 p.m. ... I wanted to pick the cake up by 4:30 p.m. I just KNEW I was going to have to get her a different design. She would have been fine but she wanted this specific one. I called the store and the young lady that answered knew she couldn't promise to help without approval so she put the owner on. I explained what happened and how I know it might not be possible but turning 13 is important for a girl so if they can make this cake by 4:30 I would even pay extra. Not only did he not hesitate to help in every way, but he took my cake order and promised it would be done by the time I got off work, all while being busy as all heck on a 70 degree day in February. He even made jokes about the weather and being so busy. There was a stress in his voice but you could tell it was a good bit of stress that he handled perfectly. It really isn't common for most places to go out of their way for customers these days. They are sticklers to the guidelines, which is understandable. Normally a special design like the tye-dye pooh emoji needs to be ordered at least 24 prior to pick up... they helped me out in a pinch and it was done and ready to be written on by the time I walked up to their front counter. They had no problem helping me out at all and it really made my baby girl's day.“

“There variety of biscuits have been spot on during the $1 biscuit promotion & can't beat the value. In a time where corporate entities are artificially manipulating inflation unchecked it's a welcome sight to still see a deep rooted American company with a remaining code of ethics providing a standard, while at a temporary sacrifice to there margin, it's an investment in the longevity of there clientele & that is good business. They particulary went up & above in my personal opinion at this location & great leadership stems from the top down. 5 stars.“

“I visited Dairy Queen and only tried their desserts. I ordered a soft-serve ice cream and a Banana Split, and it turned out to be an amazing experience. The ice cream was incredibly creamy, smooth, and pleasantly sweet — definitely not icy or artificial tasting. The Banana Split was perfectly made, with fresh fruit and well-balanced toppings that didn’t overpower the flavor. Honestly, it’s one of the best ice creams I’ve ever had. The atmosphere was relaxed and the staff was friendly. Overall, it’s a great place to satisfy a sweet craving and enjoy a really good treat.
