“Coffee and other drinks are delightful after a long day of exploring the island. Don't plan an outing on Monday or Tuesday. Miller's Ferry had 4 hours between the midday run and pick up and the winery and main house are not open. However the restaurant was open and good and the swimming pool behind it was cooling. The state park has trails and the pollinator plantings were amazing.“

“Had a peach smoothie! It was delicious. The staff, while I don’t think they were happy about it lol, stayed open past closing time to complete the long line of people. It was definitely appreciated since there aren’t many drink and food options in the off season.“
