I came to this location for lunch. The team is very friendly and fair. they weigh the meat so they’re putting the right amount on each sandwich. This location is very clean. I felt very comfortable here.The other Subway across town needs your help. They are rude, disrespectful and treat customers awful not to mention very dirty .Managers & staff keep up the good work!
Over the past 6 years that I've lived in Louisville I've watched this Subway go through some big changes. My first couple years here this was the worst subway I've ever been to. Now I would have to say this is my favorite Subway. Quite the turnaround, but they have hired some great employees that are polite and do a great job. Put some money in the tip jar if you agree they deserve it!

Was not happy with service I told the lady before she wrapped up my sub if she could put ranch on the sub she seemed to act like she didn't hear me her attitude wasn't the best. There's gotta be better subways than West Main!!!!
