“Hole in the wall joint off the main stretch. Bar tender was super friendly and drinks were really cheap! They do have to "buzz" you in which is odd and there were only a few regulars there on a staurday night... but overall if we'd be in Wheeling again we'd stop back“

“First time I went to pickles, I went specifically to get their fried pickles. This was about a year and a half ago and the coating was very thick and I was highly disappointed. I thought how can you have a bar with that name and not have outstanding pickles??? My girlfriend talked me into going again the other day and I thought okay. I'll give them another chance. The service was great, and we loved the meatloaf platter- the bacon gravy was to die for! Also get the apple crumble for dessert- so good!
