About Penn Station

Penn Station East Coast Subs is a restaurant with mixed experiences. The cashier is friendly, and many customers praise the staff for their excellent service, especially during busy times. The food is good, with some reviews highlighting the cheese steak wrap as a satisfying option. One customer mentioned that a particular visit was the best Penn Station in years, praising the quality of the food and the cleanliness of the dining area. The bread is appreciated for being fresh and hot, and the toppings are noted as high quality. Fries are also enjoyed, and the cookies, though still in a square shape from being break-and-bake, are liked. Service can sometimes be inconsistent, with reports of long waits and orders not always meeting expectations, such as unseasoned chicken or incorrect toppings. The restaurant's cleanliness has been a concern, with some noting sticky floors and unclean dispensers, but others have found the dining area to be extremely clean. The atmosphere can be noisy, making conversation difficult, but staff often appear friendly and accommodating. Wheelchair accessibility is commendable, with staff showing respect and helpfulness. Despite some mixed reviews, many customers enjoy the food and friendly staff during their visits.

Went around 7pm they had 3 workers there and they were all very nice and fast and everything was wonderful. It was two guys and a girl not sure of their names but definitely great workers!! And thank you for getting cheese 🧀 sauce it's amazing 👏!!
The service was not impressive at all.
They did not complete my order.
Went in the evening. Waited about 30 minutes as there were a few people before me, but it was worth the wait! Prices are reasonable for how much food you get. Fries weren't the best… wish you could get them lightly fried. Would probably just get a cheesesteak next time.
