“I have no idea why so many people say bad things about this place. I've been going there for the last year or so and have absolutely zero complaints. The food prices are more than reasonable, the food quality is very good and I've never had one single issue with any aspect. People need to stop looking for perfection as they define it.“

“We usually can't say enough good things about D'Agnese's. Today, 11/22/2025, we arrived at 2:50 PM. We were seated quickly and ordered 2 drinks and a appetizer at 2:55 PM. We watched other customers getting bread and drinks. By 3:21 PM with no further contact we walked out. We hope if/when we return things will be better. We were very disappointed in this experience.“

“We had the Shrimp alla Vodka and the Honey Balsamic ”First Class” Airline Chicken. Both were spectacular. The shrimp dish had a nice kick to it and the chicken was cooked perfectly, crispy skin and moist breast meat. The proprietor stopped by our table and was quite congenial. Our waiter Danny was top notch and had an encyclopedic knowledge of the menu.cocktails and wine were perfect accompaniments. Thoroughly enjoyed our evening.“

“The best review I can give on this restaurant is that we have either eaten at the restaurant or had takeout from there more than a dozen times in the past six months. Menu is focused. Anything on it is great. Friendly people don't rush you, good wine selection and even better recommendations when we don't know what we want for wine or dinner. Don't sleep on their pizza. Personal opinion, ask for the thin crust option. We will continue to go back.“

The only complaint for my food was the asparagus was impossibly tough on the bottom quarter of it, leading me to think they didn't snap it off. “We had dinner there last night at their new location. They have not lost a step. It is still a great restaurant. All four of us had something different and everyone raved about their choices. My veal parm was excellent and so large that I brought home enough for another meal! The new location is nice and roomy with the same great service. I can’t wait to return. “I've been going to this location for many years now, and I've never had a negative experience. Kind staff, quick service when possible, yet I've never felt rushed. Today, I went with some of my family and we had the privilege of being served by Andi! He was so nice, patient, and came back to our table to see how we were doing the perfect amount of times.“

“The 2 ladies standing at the counter when I first walked in at 6:45 3/15/26 didn’t greet me in any way.. I stood there roughly 2 minutes and they looked at me continued to talk to each other and ignored my presence. So I walked to the bar.. where Brian was very professional, his service was excellent and provided a five star service experience . I give 1 stars to the young ladies at the front. The food is truly authentic Italian and always tastes fresh and full of flavor. I especially loved the warm fresh bread and the marinara sauce — it was absolutely delicious! 😋 My wife and I were really impressed with the beef Bolognese. It was unlike any Bolognese I’ve tried before — very unique and perfectly prepared.

They went above and beyond to accommodate our party of 30 plus with short notice. From the servers, cooks, bartender, manager they were very tentative and friendly. Our server Taylor was fantastic, she was friendly and knowledgeable of the entire menu. The manager was checking in and making sure things were up to par, it was very professional. “Our group of friends wanted to get together at Brew Wall to watch the Browns game, sit outside and enjoy the nice weather. The ambiance is great. We were shocked at the lack of knowledge of your bartender when we had issues with pouring beer. We asked for help multiple times but kept getting "not my area so I don't get involved". When we first arrived no one was around to greet anyone and there were others waiting as well but they left. We stayed to find someone and again saw the Bartender who ignored us until we walked in to ask her for help, which she said were short staffed. We saw many patrons come in and leave due to lack of help at the food order station. We asked multiple times for the TVs to show the Browns Game but no one seemed to know how to work the Tvs, plus they said the audio wasn't working, which is ok. Just the lack of knowledge and help from the staff was frustrating to us. Great place, with no staff assistance. We want to come back but uncertain if we can get others to join. We were also shocked that the place was empty for a Browns Game, but the other patrons that came in left quickly as the process to some is confusing and left as no one was around to help. The food was awesome as we love Antonio's. Other issue is the advertisement for 1/2 off wings. We all ordered but did not get the 1/2 price on all orders. I ordered a 12 order which we did get 1/2 off but not the 8 order and at that time, we just wanted to leave. Hopefully you can employ competent staff as Brew Wall is a great place and would hate to see it close due to lack of good staff.“
