“It's really a tragedy that I drove by this place a million times and only stopped in to dine until recently. Don't be as foolish as I was. Portions are substantial, food all tasted great and Nikki was a great server and representative of the establishment. We ordered breakfast and lunch at our table and everyone left more than satisfied, kids/ adults alike. These diners which were plentiful years ago are tragically somewhat of a dying breed so its such a delight to have one in the neighborhood that puts customer satisfaction high on their resume. Highly recommended you go, just save me a chair when I arrive because there's about 20 more dishes id like to get my paws n jaws on”

“Great service and food at a good value. It is a nicely appointed space. We were seated at a high top in the bar area and enjoyed the atmosphere. Nice selection of wine and draft beers. We had the bone in pork chop entree w. asparagus and mashed potato's and it was juicy, nicely done w. a delicious rub and au jus. which was both spicy and sweet. We also had a delicious Veggie bowl with side of Truffle French Fries topped with grated herbs and Parm. We'll be back in the Summer for patio dining, and to hear live music from the amphitheater in the adjacent park.”

“I visit Billy Yanks about once a month with a group of friends. We are always there for dinner on Monday nights. Oftentimes there is a wait for a table, and the tables are typically all full for dinner on Monday. Monday night has the happy hour special of $6 old fashions and $8 Billy Burger. Service is always excellent, food is always fantastic.Parking: There is paid street parking along Main Street and D Street. There is a free public lot with about 20 spaces on the next block over, or after 5:00, the Miami school lot opens as well”

“The parking lot will tell you all you need to know. It's always packed and if it was bigger even more people would probably come. It is worth the wait though! They offer a rewards program which isn't common with the creamy whips around here so that's a nice added bonus. They are currently running a special where you can take a yard sign and earn a gift card. There are a few food options and the chili is Cincinnati style and delicious. There are a few non dairy options like dole whip and slushies. The best dish I've had here is the Reese Cup parfait. Mine is pictured without whip cream but it comes with it if you like. It has enough flavor without it for me. If you're obsessed with the peanut butter and chocolate combination then you'll love it. Lots of different and unique options for everyone.”

It’s a very peaceful setting.It was busy at lunch time but the service was quick and the food was really good.We ordered a double cheeseburger and fish. They each came with 2 sides. We got green beans, house salad, fries, and onion rings. “I’m always on the hunt for legit Mexican food. I’ve been to their other location and was in this part of town so I figured I’d stop in. I ordered a Carne Asada burrito with Mexican rice, pinto beans, onion, cilantro, and pico. Then I asked for a side of red salsa. This burrito is so good! I’ll def be back. If you like spicy, ask for the red salsa. It was so tasty with great flavors, but it does pack a punch. So don’t eat it if you can’t handle spicy. I almost asked for another one to take home, it was that good.”

The only conversation we made for that hour was about the food itself. We were elated. Thoughtfully and carefully conceived and prepared, this food was a delightful experience.Do you know how sometimes a bite is so good that it will cause you to pause from chewing any further until the quiet ahhh and mmmm you involuntarily uttered have passed and with another bite comes the realization some manner of stress has left you?
