“Not a fan of one of the managers there , not sure of his name , and Everytime we go they want to give us half table and booth hate it , or the high tables they kill my back and my sacatina, but over all the food is good fries could be just a bit less salty, but burgers are good and the server Karlee, was great usually always get her , she is a peach , so definitely ask for her”

“Too tired to cook, so we went out to Chili's for dinner. I had Steak Fajita and my wife had Caribbean Chicken Salad. Meals were cooked well and served quickly. Server in training, Jennifer, did a fine job. Chili's offers a Veteran discount.”

“My meal was fine...but as we were putting the other half of my mom's meal in a carry out box...we found a very long hair wrapped all throughout her pasta. Naturally I already paid for the entire meal and tipped. We told the waitress and got no discount...like half off her food since we left half of it there to be tossed. No voucher, reimbursement or gift card. Just an "I'm sorry." 🤢 Do better Chili's. If you mess up you gotta make it right. 👎 **EDIT** Customer service reached out to me with a gift card that compensated me for my Mother's meal. So at least she can go back and get food and I didn't feel like I was throwing money away.”
