The service I received this morning from a Tim Hortons employee @ 1011 Buck Rd in Ross Ford ohio was the worst I've ever experienced from Tim Hortons. My Ice Capp was all watery no ice and when I said something I was told that's how it came out of the machine then she walked away. So I left and called to speak to a manager and She wouldn't put her manager on the phone and was talking over me so I raised my voice so then she hung up on me and wouldn't answer my calls after hanging...read full review
