Got in line at the drive through, one car ahead of me, ordered to medium twist cones, they were sorry but they were out of chocolate ice cream, ordered two vanilla cones, waited 20 minutes behind the first car, paid at the window, another gal told us they were out of vanilla ice cream and it would take five or more minutes longer to get our order ready. Just got back home with my food and its burnt and the grease tastes old. I’ve only ever gotten golden brown tenders from DQ. The customer service was alright, but would rather have good food and bad service than what I experienced.

After being closed for so long the first trip after reopening was a disappointment. The drive thru is still at turtle speed. Ordered 2 peanut buster parfaits and the first one had obviously been sitting because it was melted and when asked if this was how it was supposed to be the answer was the hot fudge melts the ice cream "hun".
