“I normally don't eat here, but for some reason I wanted to try it. I had the chili cheese fries and they didn't disappoint. The Fries were cooked correctly, had a good taste. I would have liked a little more chili to help with the cheese, but I do love cheese, so I couldn't really complain. The best part about my meal was that the vehicle in front of me in the drive-thru paid for my meal! So thanks to whoever paid it forward! ? I now owe someone a meal :)“

There is ample parking in back of the place, and it is easy to get in and out of here.

High school kid staff were warm and friendly and made me a perfect cone.

“I went through the drive thru and ordered fish sandwiches. I think it was the first day they started selling it for Lent. They weren’t sure if they had any. They told me they did but it would be awhile. When I got to the pay window I was offered a drink while I waited. I was told to pull to a parking spot and they would bring it out which they did in less than 10 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised about the customer service. I stopped going there because of their lousy service. The last time there I had to leave before I got my food because my lunch hour was over and needed time to get back. I will now be a customer again and I didn’t get the name of the lady that brought my food to the parking lot but she has made the whole fast food experience enjoyable again!! Thanks again!!!“

“It was hopping when I was there today: families with children, college kids, a whole cross-section of society. This is a smaller store but they moved quickly and staff were friendly. Had my requisite 5-way. Skyline is still the best chili in Cincinnati! Help the digestion by taking a walk down the Gaslight District on Ludlow or Burnet Woods across the street“

“Pam placed my order for my family and was very nice, present with our conversation, kind and polite.
Kathy and the other lady who came in at 11:30a that day, sorry I don’t remember her name, were both very helpful and polite. We had a pleasant conversation and were very nice to my kiddos. She offered them mints and wipes for their fingers. She was very helpful when I was needing something and didn’t want to leave my kids by themselves she offered to get me something.

Today, 8/9/24, Kelly took the initiative to check in on my mobile in store pick up order. She was very nice and polite.

“It's pretty repetitive how often I say something is the "best ever" but when trying the Chili at Skyline Chili, I can confidentially say that the Coney Chili Dogs and Chili Pasta are the best ever. Though I was confused on how to eat the spaghetti chili, the helpful waitress told me to angle the plate vertically--not horizontally--while you eat. So that's exactly what I did! And the chilli was filling and very tasteful! A splendid experience in Cincinnati that I've waited nearly two years to try!“

“Just ordered Bubbakoo's today and Chipotle no longer exists to me. This restaurant outdoes them in every way. I would marry this restaurant if I could. I ordered a taco salad with fried cauliflower and I melted as soon as I took my first bite. The crispiness of the cauliflower was perfectly complimented by the perfectly cooked beans, delicious sauce and guacamole. The way my food was packaged made it feel like I was opening a present. I think I'm in love.

“I have only ever been a drive-thru customer at this location, so I cannot speak to the dining room. However, the drive-thru has outdoor speakers with upbeat music playing and it smells heavenly outside, not a smelly dumpster or grease stain in sight. The food is always the same quality, and the line to order moves very quickly. The menu has good visibility and the crew at the window are very pleasant to interact with. Can’t go wrong stopping here for some good fried chicken“

“My son & I got takeout here (Madisonville) for the first time last night. The Cheesesteak beef is delicious--juicy & full of flavor--as is the Amorosa roll it's served on. “I’d like to say that my husband and I have gone back to the Skyline drive thru near I275 in Colerain to give them another shot (we love eating Skyline) and they’ve been right on. I’m happy to report that the issues of not getting our order right seems to be fixed. Our food was exactly as we ordered it after getting home. We’ve gone through the drive thru 3 more times and no issues, we even added a dish at the window and they didn’t blink an eye. They added the item with friendly service I’d like to say I believe they fixed the problem! Bravo!! No where you find yourself in the Queen City.Personally, noodles are my least favorite delivery method for chili to taste buds. But, icons existing for a reason. Also got to sample a new menu item - jerk pork burnt ends. Absolutely fantastic! The flavor of that jerk sauce will give you chills. Definitely coming back to try everything (yes, everything) else. “I mean... It's Skyline Chili. If you live near one you already know the deal. This one does have particularly great staff that have never let me down in the last 10 years of this being my most local one.

For anyone not familiar with Cincinnati chili, is more of a sauce than a standalone meal. Food selection is mostly chili dogs, spaghetti, fries, with a few salad options and wraps.

Is it a 5 star meal? No. This is Cincinnati comfort food. But in terms of the quality of all the above grading points they have never done me wrong.“

“went to Swensons on Madison road in Cincinnati ohio. We had been meaning to try this since it open. We were a little disappointed in the serving size of the fries, Double cheese burger, and Fried bologna sandwich. Taste wise it was great. Service was fast and friendly. I'd recommend to anyone but I'd definitely recommend to double your order if you want enough to eat.“
