“I order from this skyline a lot and not only are my orders always right and yummy, the staff is also super sweet! When I opened my food this evening someone had included a bit of candy with my cheese and it almost made me cry, it was so sweet and kind and made my whole night so much better! It is kind of like going to confession. There is a physical screen you talk through and a window separating you from your treat.

Please excuse the Catholic analogies - this Dairy Queen is directly across the street from Roger Bacon high school.

Like I said above, bring CASH because I do T think they take credit cards. I might be wrong.

There is ample parking in back of the place, and it is easy to get in and out of here.

High school kid staff were warm and friendly and made me a perfect cone.

“I went through the drive thru and ordered fish sandwiches. I think it was the first day they started selling it for Lent. They weren’t sure if they had any. They told me they did but it would be awhile. When I got to the pay window I was offered a drink while I waited. I was told to pull to a parking spot and they would bring it out which they did in less than 10 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised about the customer service. I stopped going there because of their lousy service. The last time there I had to leave before I got my food because my lunch hour was over and needed time to get back. I will now be a customer again and I didn’t get the name of the lady that brought my food to the parking lot but she has made the whole fast food experience enjoyable again!! Thanks again!!!“

“Just ordered Bubbakoo's today and Chipotle no longer exists to me. This restaurant outdoes them in every way. I would marry this restaurant if I could. I ordered a taco salad with fried cauliflower and I melted as soon as I took my first bite. The crispiness of the cauliflower was perfectly complimented by the perfectly cooked beans, delicious sauce and guacamole. The way my food was packaged made it feel like I was opening a present. I think I'm in love.

Vegetarian options: Fried cauliflower is available and super delicious.“

“A few regular employees who have taken our order over the years go above and beyond to make sure my son's (who has food allergies) food is prepped as requested. The few times there have even been the slightest question of safety or miscommunication in the kitchen, they have remade his food with no problem. “Having one line for actual drive-through orders and one line for mobile orders in theory seems like a good idea but at this location is not a smart one. There are hardly any mobile orders that go through this line, but the drive-through line is always eight or nine cars long. Everything is taken care of as usual, but saving one line for mobile only is not a great choice. Any other place that has mobile app usage takes care of them in the same line. You just have to specify who you are..“

“The food is always fresh & hot. Staff is friendly and efficient.
Note: I do wish they would use a deli type paper liner for the food to be placed on since they use a Styrofoam box. Usually, the food is so hot that the Styrofoam is melted by the hot chicken & fries. I have emailed the corporate office with this suggestion. I think all the restaurants serve the takeout in Styrofoam boxes. My solution for now is to pull over in the parking lot and put paper napkins under the hotel food before taking it home.
No stars off. However, corporate need to make this change across the chain.“

No where you find yourself in the Queen City.Personally, noodles are my least favorite delivery method for chili to taste buds. But, icons existing for a reason. “went to Swensons on Madison road in Cincinnati ohio. We had been meaning to try this since it open. We were a little disappointed in the serving size of the fries, Double cheese burger, and Fried bologna sandwich. Taste wise it was great. Service was fast and friendly. I'd recommend to anyone but I'd definitely recommend to double your order if you want enough to eat.“

“It’s a fast food place in a strip mall. Not sure how to rate atmosphere, it was clean and decent. I had chili dogs and tried the chili bowl. I like chili and chili hotdogs with cheese so I gave it 5 stars. Maybe not the best I’ve ever had the chili is a little sweet for what I usually have but it was still good. They had a drive through and takeout, optional sit down service was a surprise. The great attitude of the staff was nice and the complete opposite of restaurant staff here in California. The customer service was good not great, I think this location needs to do more with a Chick-fil-eh right across the street. They are the gold standard for customer service and they have a long ways to get to that type of service and customer experience.“

“First visit today - I ordered 2 full slabs, the fried cabbage, jalapeño corn bread stuffing, and potato salad sides, all of which perfectly compliment the smoke on those ribs. Also got to sample a new menu item - jerk pork burnt ends. Absolutely fantastic! The flavor of that jerk sauce will give you chills. Definitely coming back to try everything (yes, everything) else. “This is an alright Five guys with good food and good service. I normally don’t do national chains much when I’m in Cincinnati, but when it’s the only option I usually go for this Five Guys. It’s definitely worth going to if you like Five Guys.

“I mean... It's Skyline Chili. If you live near one you already know the deal. This one does have particularly great staff that have never let me down in the last 10 years of this being my most local one.

For anyone not familiar with Cincinnati chili, is more of a sauce than a standalone meal. Food selection is mostly chili dogs, spaghetti, fries, with a few salad options and wraps.

Is it a 5 star meal? No. This is Cincinnati comfort food. But in terms of the quality of all the above grading points they have never done me wrong.“

“It's skyline, so the food was great as usual. The main thing I wasn't a fan of, was that they removed the salt shakers from the table. Once I realized that, I had to wait to get my server's attention to bring me several packets. It might be nitpicking but that was the only issue I had.“
