“I went through the drive thru and ordered fish sandwiches. I think it was the first day they started selling it for Lent. They weren’t sure if they had any. They told me they did but it would be awhile. When I got to the pay window I was offered a drink while I waited. I was told to pull to a parking spot and they would bring it out which they did in less than 10 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised about the customer service. I stopped going there because of their lousy service. The last time there I had to leave before I got my food because my lunch hour was over and needed time to get back. I will now be a customer again and I didn’t get the name of the lady that brought my food to the parking lot but she has made the whole fast food experience enjoyable again!! Thanks again!!!“

“We were in town for a soccer camp at TQL stadium the place is super neat located on the corner in an older buidling. Rated food 4 I got the 5 way, three coney dogs and a fry those were very fresh and crispy. I have heard a lot about this place I was not a huge fan but it was not bad. Service was a 2 for me because being the first impression the gentleman was kind of snappy as we walked in he said dine in or to go quickly demanding us step aside. He was not very pleasant to deal with. Maybe as a restaurant owner I expected the face of this establishment to be more personable. Over all I would try a coney dog in the future just at another location.“

“Finding a nut free bakery is almost impossible! This bakery is amazing, I have a peanut treenut allergy and I was sooo excited to find this donut shop. Even my boyfriend who does not have allergies absolutely loves this place. They do so many different flavors and are 100% nut free. I would recommend them again and again☺️“

Food is great. Bit expensive but I'd come here before going to Chipotle now.

“Very casual place with good, different foods. If you don't feel like browsing through a large menu, and you have a hankering for chili, this is the place to go! At this location, parking was not the easiest to get to, but there was plenty available during the lunch rush. It was seat yourself with friendly staff, clean bathrooms, and good hometown feels.“

“went to Swensons on Madison road in Cincinnati ohio. We had been meaning to try this since it open. We were a little disappointed in the serving size of the fries, Double cheese burger, and Fried bologna sandwich. Taste wise it was great. Service was fast and friendly. I'd recommend to anyone but I'd definitely recommend to double your order if you want enough to eat.“

“I work over at the 513 wash across the street and I come here on my breaks sometimes, been doin that since November. This place has always been really friendly, peaceful, quiet, and the food is so good. I love my usual server, Amy, she's awesome. I walked in today and the cooks already knew my order, not even the Skyline in Delhi has that memorized, so it really added to the experience! “I have discovered that the Dairy Queen in Latonia/Covington has lower prices than the Dairy Queen Highland Pike in Ft. Wright near Walmart. I believe it is because the one in Latonia is privately owned. I paid about 2 dollars more at Dairy Queen on Highland Pike for a milkshake than I do at my local location on Decoursey Ave across the street from Latonia Liquors and this location has a bench or picnic tables where you can sit and enjoy your ice cream without taking it in your vehicle. Yes, they do have a drive thru also... if you're in a rush or have somewhere else to be. The associates are generally quick to get you in and out of the drive thru. Just be extra cautious when exiting the lot because it's a busy road and there are pedestrians crossing often and waiting in line at the walk up window.

“They have yet to get what I ordered wrong. It’s like when I talk through the little box a person’s somewhere on the other end listening to my order. Pull to the 1st window pay for my order. Pull to the 2nd window get my drink, (sit down for this one) they ask if I would like salt/ketchup ( I know right ), and hand me my order. I truly am in shock every time. I’m not sure if I’m going back to see if they get my order wrong or the chicken is just that good.
All the above is true.
I am going to also say the staff is always polite, food is great, and the tea is awesome.

“A few regular employees who have taken our order over the years go above and beyond to make sure my son's (who has food allergies) food is prepped as requested. The few times there have even been the slightest question of safety or miscommunication in the kitchen, they have remade his food with no problem. “I visited Cincinnati and knew I had to try the famous Skyline Chili! After reading so many reviews, I decided this was the location I had to check out while I was in the area. The food was surprisingly good, and I'm glad I gave it a try. The service was alright, and the portions were decent. Overall, it's definitely worth experiencing at least once if you're visiting Cincinnati!“

“A regular fast food experience, the chicken fingers were crispy and crunchy. I am not a huge fan of the Canes sauce. The customer service was good not great, I think this location needs to do more with a Chick-fil-eh right across the street. They are the gold standard for customer service and they have a long ways to get to that type of service and customer experience.“

This Skyline has really changed. Seemed to be better lit inside, the food was good, but the service was outstanding! Our server was Emma W. was amazing. She made it a real pleasure to eat here. Management of Skyline should be made aware of this employee and recognize her for her customer service.“

“We moved away from Cincinnati about 7 years ago and stopped off at this location on our way out of town recently. It’s set a bit back off the road so use a directions app or you’ll have to go looking for it. Absolutely the nicest staff! We started chatting with them about the new chicken chili and they offered my boyfriend a free chillito to sample! We told them about living out of town and on our way out the door they gave us this gift bag! This will definitely be my stop from now on on my way out of town!“
