The customer service at the Meadowbrook Mall was excellent. They were patient while answering all of our questions and helped explain things/flavors/options to my young boys. One son got the taro milk tea with boba, another got the Superman ice cream in the bubble waffle, and I got the black raspberry fudge ice cream in a cup. I work at a store in the Valley Mall in Harrisonburg, VA. Our Bubble World location happens to be one of the places mall employees get a discount. Most of the staff are very kind, except one man who we all regularly see there.
