Dear consumer, be warned smoothie machine is always down 3rd time in a week "sorry the smoothie\frappe machine isn't working" so if you're like me and that's what you're going there for, you probably won't get it... To make things worse they always mess up the order. It's on a regular basis like today the rapper clearly states "egg McMuffin sub folded egg" and what did I end up getting that's right? Bacon, egg and cheese McMuffin with a round egg.... Can't even get what I ordered when I can't even order what I want! It's always another joke. I swear if I go there again and if the smoothie machines down, I'm canceling the whole order... I can't even use the mobile app with confidence knowing I'll be able to get what I order without having to deal with the hassles of a refund. It's a joke. Fast food industry. They want to get paid more but they can't even fall as simple instructions on a rapper...“

My bun was fluffed, my burger was juicy, and the sauce was respectfully distributed. Don’t even ask me about the fries. They were perfectly dusted in salty goodness, they were freshly pulled from the fryer, with a crisp golden crust. The free large sugar free French vanilla iced coffee that I received from my reward points was astonishing. It truly blew me away. “Kids working need to wear hair nets or taught they cannot touch anything other than food with their gloves. I’m tired of telling them to change their gloves because they touch their hair or their face with their gloves on!! That’s contaminating their gloves then contaminating my food.“

“My only complaint about the food is check the holes on your mayo and mustard bottles. Way too much coming out of those things. It can ruin the sandwich. Employees are always friendly and I have yet to see anything dirty in there. They're doing a great job!“
