Dear consumer, be warned smoothie machine is always down 3rd time in a week "sorry the smoothie\frappe machine isn't working" so if you're like me and that's what you're going there for, you probably won't get it... To make things worse they always mess up the order. It's on a regular basis like today the rapper clearly states "egg McMuffin sub folded egg" and what did I end up getting that's right? Bacon, egg and cheese McMuffin with a round egg.... Can't even get what I ordered when I can't even order what I want! It's always another joke. I swear if I go there again and if the smoothie machines down, I'm canceling the whole order... I can't even use the mobile app with confidence knowing I'll be able to get what I order without having to deal with the hassles of a refund. It's a joke. Fast food industry. They want to get paid more but they can't even fall as simple instructions on a rapper...“

“I’m convinced we need to rate a fast food restaurant in its own context. As such, the Coldwater McDonalds easily rates five stars … on the McDonalds scale.

The people who work at this location are friendly enough to make you feel welcome every time — but not so friendly that you want to back away from them.

Food is prepared and delivered in a timely manner and as ordered. It’s worth noting also that custom orders don’t grind your experience into that weird deer-in-headlights zone we sometimes see in this market.“

“My only complaint about the food is check the holes on your mayo and mustard bottles. Way too much coming out of those things. It can ruin the sandwich. Employees are always friendly and I have yet to see anything dirty in there. They're doing a great job!“
