The little girl at the counter took such good care of her and we found a surprise munchkin in the bag when we got in the car.I can't thank you enough for making her day better as she was still nervous about it. “I never really have an issue with dunkin, but lately they've been throwing sugar in my coffee instead of splenda... I'm a type 1 diabetic and I just got my sugar down now it's all messed up again, please dunkin you can seriously make someone sick by not double checking ?“

“I went through the drive-thru and just ordered a sweet tea with light ice. Received a full cup of ice and a little tea. The girl was a little huffy when I said I wanted light ice. She dumped the tea out filled the cup with half ice and the rest with tea. Not sure she knows what light ice is. I can't have my drink ice-cold.“

“I go once a week. I love the coffee, but it’s really upsetting that it’s a different price every time I go. Yesterday it was around $7.35 cash for an iced latte. It’s sometimes $7 with cash … very inconsistent and I don’t know if they are ringing the drink up wrong or what the deal is. Cost is near $8 if using a card for payment.“

“Very nice place. I frequent a lot of Starbucks in the region and I have not had any issues at any of them. The staff is always so polite and a joy. They actually brighten my day. I almost forget I'm in a drive thru when they greet me because then I start a conversation as if they are my best friend lol the drinks are always on point. I never want for them to end!“

“Drinks are never the same on night shift as dayshift. afternoon and night shift always missing stuff from their drinks such as cinnamon, drizzle, etc. get with it Dunkin and train all staff the same.“

“I will never step into this place again. I have never ever had such stale donuts sold to me. The Dunkins around the Youngstown area are getting just as bad. I will be buying my donuts from the Grocery store and DAS dutch house in Columbiana. You will never believe those donuts.“
