The restaurant was wonderful...it is the general manager that is the problem. I forgot my credit card there and called to confirm they had it before I drove back to get it on another day. The mgr on duty said yes, they have it and put it aside for me to pick up. When I went there to pick it up a few days later the general mgr was very rude to me. Outstanding! The food was wonderful and the atmosphere equally good. We will be back without a doubt. Our server Lori was amazing as well.

While the NY Steak lacked seasoning, the Seafood Risotto and Scallop Appetizer were enjoyable. The restaurant is now open 7 days a week, providing a superior dining experience with excellent staff and food. Recent visits highlighted delicious King Crab Legs and Salmon dinner, making it a must-visit spot for a nice dinner. Although main course service can be a little slower during busy times, the wait staff remains kind and accommodating. Overall, Bay Harbor promises a fantastic meal and a memorable celebration every time.
