ordered JJ on 4/19 at 11:22am when I started my hour lunch, finally at 12:06pm called to see where my food was. A female told me that my food was on its way. 20 mins later (after my lunch was done) I got me food. I called them and the guy who answered the phone said he was a manager but refused to give his name, said there was nothing he could do and also said it was against company policy to give his name out. For starters, fire the young "lady" that was working at 5:41 pm on Monday, May 24. I ordered two 8" Italian & one giant Italian sub plus one pickle. After leaving I discovered I was overcharged one 8" sandwich. We had to return to the store. One of the four male employees gave me back $6.79 in cash for the sandwich.
