McDonald's in Sandusky

“We went through the drive thru, and surprisingly, everything was easy going from start to finish. The line went smooth and fast, the cashier was sweet and patient with my husband, and the food was hot and fresh. I'm not always too fond of McDonald's food, especially traveling to different ones, but this is one of the best ones we have been to- all around.“

“I will give them 5 stars this time usually when we go there, there's always something missing or cold. The workers usually seem to be bothered more times than not if/when you ask for help.The last 2 times ive been there im proud to say my orders were correct and fresh. Both times the young lady(probably mid/late 20s, around 5'2 slender built w/brown hair i spoke to i believe she was the manager. Was very pleasant, polite, didnt treat customers like they were a bother). That young lady needs a raise. McDonalds needs to keep her idk her name wish i would have gotten it, i for sure will possibly tomorrow because i want nuggets now lol.“

“It's by the park so it gets crowded but they get the food out pretty fast and the place is pretty clean. The restroom is by the lobby rather than around the corner beyond the dining area, as we saw many people trying to look for restroom over there.“

“First of all, I haven't been to a McDonald's in years but our options were limited after the park closed so we went in.
The drive thru was packed and the inside closed at 11 and we were at the door at 11. The manager reluctantly let us in and took care of us. She asked if we had a big order, which we did and told us just to order through her versus the kiosk.
She took her time, listened to each of our orders, and even tried to find deals for us to save us money all while being quite jovial and very courteous!
Considering the line at the drive thru, our food came out very fast and was
perfect!
First, she didn't even need to open the door for us and 2nd, she certainly didn't need to treat us the way she did but she did and we were all extremely grateful!
