This review is based on a one night stay. The hotel was fairly close to Cedar Point. Was this a five star hotel? No. Was it the cleanest? No. Was it the most modern upscale hotel? No. Was the staff ultra helpful and friendly? No. Was it 300 a night? No!!! I was looking for a decent hotel to literally crash at after 12 hours at Cedar Point. Here was my criteria... This hotel is now Days Inn by Wyndham. Everything in here was new! My family slept here last nigjt and you can tell the place is remodeled. I actually believe we were the 1st ones to sleep in our room since it's been under new management. Fresh paint, new carpet, comfy bed/covers... I know when I go to Sandusky, I don't have to look for a hotel because I'm going back to Days Inn. Also, the pool was nice. My kids couldn't wait to get in. And it's peaceful.
