What the Fried Rice Sandusky offers a variety of Asian dishes, including mushroom soy with brown rice, crab rangoon, and bang bang shrimp. The staff is friendly and helpful in explaining the menu, and the restaurant has a spacious, clean atmosphere. Many customers praise the dinner and sweet sour soup, describing the food as amazing and well-made. The environment is very clean, and there are games to play while waiting, making it a fun place for families. The restaurant serves fresh vegetables, avoiding frozen ingredients, and offers delicious fried rice with your choice of veggies. It is reasonably priced, with convenient parking, and is considered a favorite spot by many for lunch or dinner. The atmosphere is welcoming, with an old school Nintendo to play, a chess set with comfortable chairs, several TVs, and a tower of drawers with games and activities. Customers appreciate the friendly staff and the clean environment. Some dishes, like build your own lo-mein w/veggies, tofu, and garlic sauce, are tasty but may have smaller portions or slightly mushy noodles. Crab Rangoon and spring rolls are decent but not the best; portions may also be smaller than expected. The szechuan hot mamawith fried rice is very hot but enjoyed by many. The restaurant’s most popular dish is the General Tso’s Chicken, which many customers love and order regularly. Overall, What the Fried Rice Sandusky remains a favorite in Sandusky for its tasty food, friendly service, and fun atmosphere.
