“I think it's ironic that people have one minor inconvenience and find an excuse to leave a 1-star review.
Every time I order here everything is made very well for it being a commercialized fast food restaurant, people have unrealistic expectations and when they are uncooperative it makes it harder for the employees to get their jobs done. Quit throwing fits for having to pull people forward, you have to wait for your food to be made regardless!“

“Finally made a stop in here and I’m so glad I did while they have affogato on the menu! Seems like there’s a coffee shop on every corner these days and typically nothing stands out enough about them to make it especially memorable. Not the case at Mama’s! I can’t remember the last time I ordered an affogato that didn’t leave a nasty burnt taste in my mouth for ages. I’ll be singing their praises for weeks 😂 it’s the only thing on the menu I’ve tried so far, but I’ll definitely be back knowing their espresso based drinks can be trusted lol.“
