“I , love the food at plane street cafe , staff are wonderful all around great place to eat .“

“The young man in drive thru was very patient and maintained a pleasant and professional manner despite my carload being new to the menu and asking a kazillion questions. When we drove up to the window, he looked at my dog and asked if she was allowed to have a pup cup. When he handed me the cup of whipped cream, to my delight, it was garnished with a dog biscuit.

I ordered the caramel Marvel, and my son and husband their own, can’t remember, but they also ordered donut holes. I tried one and it was way better than Dunkin’s.

My Caramel Marvel was so good and had perked me up so fast that when we arrived at a birthday, I felt like a salesman because I was telling everyone about how they have to try Biggby Coffee, and how it was wayyyy better than Starbucks and Dunkin. So I hope my pitch will bring in more future coffee addicts, to keep this business going. A lot of Bethel likes to keep it old school, and stick with their McDonald’s coffee, so we need to get the word out and do some minimal and safe brainwashing.“

I’ve seen some nasty attitudes at this location, but she is working under pressure beautifully.

“I just left the Dunkin in Weston WV and I want to give the 2 guys working a HUGE round of applause. They were the only 2 there to take and prepare all of the orders. Let me tell you, they were busy, but they were more polite and courteous than I have seen from places that were fully staffed. They deserve a bonus for sure. “I absolutely love Biggby. Especially this location. The staff are so friendly. I usually always go for my morning coffee before work. Theres always a indian man and woman i wish i knew their names. But they always welcome me with a warm smile & a good morning. They make my coffee perfectly. Im obsessed. I love biggby frozen coffee so much. that I can't stand the taste of dunkin anymore. I realized dunkin uses coffee syrup for their frozen coffee and it always ends up tasting like frozen creamer. No coffee taste whats so ever. At biggby i order a frozen honey cinnamon vanilla coffee religiously. You can actually taste the coffee in it. And feel the coffe in it! Lol But its the perfect blend of coffee and Sweetness. Its not overbearing its a tasty balance and literally perfection. I highly recommend this biggby 😍“

“Sat in line at drive through almost 30 mins( was trapped inside lane). No signs of life on inside or outside. Finally line moves, I realize everyone leaving. Wth is going on? Get to order speaker. All I hear is "Sorry, I can't". Finally, I drive off. Most pitiful McDonald's I have Ever encountered. And I Guarantee Poor Management has to do with it. You are located next to a Hospital with Doctors ,Nurses, patients, patients families. Be productive, with quality service. That's why we go to McDonald's! All over the world. We expect good ,quick, Friendly service. I go to one in Eastgate instead. Line moves quick, employees very nice, food good. Every time!!# That's the difference in Good Mangement! Good managers, good employees...“
