“I absolutely love Biggby. Especially this location. The staff are so friendly. I usually always go for my morning coffee before work. Theres always a indian man and woman i wish i knew their names. But they always welcome me with a warm smile & a good morning. They make my coffee perfectly. Im obsessed. I love biggby frozen coffee so much. that I can't stand the taste of dunkin anymore. I realized dunkin uses coffee syrup for their frozen coffee and it always ends up tasting like frozen creamer. No coffee taste whats so ever. At biggby i order a frozen honey cinnamon vanilla coffee religiously. You can actually taste the coffee in it. And feel the coffe in it! Lol But its the perfect blend of coffee and Sweetness. Its not overbearing its a tasty balance and literally perfection. I highly recommend this biggby 😍“

“I just left the Dunkin in Weston WV and I want to give the 2 guys working a HUGE round of applause. They were the only 2 there to take and prepare all of the orders. Let me tell you, they were busy, but they were more polite and courteous than I have seen from places that were fully staffed. They deserve a bonus for sure. “I live over a hour and 15 mins away but work in Eastgate I pass 2 different startbucks to come to Eastgate specifically. Gemma is my Absolute Favorite She is So Peppy and loves to have a conversation with me even if it’s a short one. I don’t know the guys real name but his apron says Cake. He is Amazing! Love his Personality . Well actually they are Very Extremely Nice. I’ve Traveled all over the US and Eastgate is My Absolute Favorite. They Make my Drink Perfect each time. Venti Pink Drink Add Sweet Cream with Coconut milk . Taste just like A strawberries and cream Lifesaver from the 2000s“
