“I stopped in a McDonald's Clifton on William Howard Taff street an order a biscuit and gravy which to my surprise it was actually delicious I was told by an associate to try the biscuits and gravy at this particular location. Service was impeccable atmosphere was nice and quiet service quickly obtained and the order was delivered without delays mix-up s.“

“Had breakfast at Brass Key Coffee Shop for the first time today. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The sausage breakfast casserole and vanilla cappuccino were delicious !! Very relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely be back !!“

“This is a fantastic small coffee shop for the Anderson area! The baristas are always SO kind and friendly, and their coffee is delicious (I highly recommend a latte with one of their seasonal flavors). Thank you Luckman for the amazing service as always (you made my day!) and delicious coffee (today I got the gingerbread latte; it’s wonderful)! :)“

“Best dessert place there is! I have bought the 4oz minis for 2 family functions and they are always hit! We especially love the banana puddings! Not to mention the brownies are to die for!! Perfect tasty bites that remain me of the corners of the brownie pan! Can’t wait to try the shakes and cookies next!!“

“Everyone at this location is very nice. Drinks always come out quick, and the baristas do an awesome job. I’ve only had one issue here (drink lid wasn’t on all the way and it spilled) but this location was quick to resolve the issue and was incredibly professional.“

“Everything we have gotten from Biggby is great. They have a huge selection, and the rewards program is a plus!
We went last week and I think they had to remake one of our drinks. (Not sure what happened) someone came over and gave us a couple cards for bogo drinks and apologized for the wait, we didn’t even wait long at all and honestly hadn’t even thought about it! Very awesome customer service and will continue to visit :)“

“While I like this location I was disappointed in how we were treated today during power outage. Em put us out in the rain. Asked if we could wait until it stopped raining, Em said no that we had to leave now and they had to leave in the rain too. They did not leave when we did. She seemed eager to get people out so she could lock up and leave. Not thinking of customers. We had been there about 30-40 minutes with about 6 other people. Debbie and I felt Em could have provided better customer service waited the extra 2-3 minutes for the rain to stop before making us leave. Debbie and I still love this Starbucks. “I came in Close to V day,I asked for a Grande Cloud Macchiato.Let me tell you it was a tad strong but really good over all.Staff was very friendly. They did not have Cakepops made(could have been the time . NOT SURE). Mostly clean could have been cleaner over all minimum rating is a 3.5 Highest was 4.0.“

“More of a praise than a review: Went this morning while another location was closed and they were SLAMMED! Every employee was going full speed and they were churning out orders at incredible speed. We had to wait longer than normal (no big deal) so I asked if I could get a pastry for my toddler so he’d be more amicable and the employee personally ran to grab it for me so he wouldn’t have to wait for it. Excellent service this morning during an extra stressful day for them.“

“I live over a hour and 15 mins away but work in Eastgate I pass 2 different startbucks to come to Eastgate specifically. Gemma is my Absolute Favorite She is So Peppy and loves to have a conversation with me even if it’s a short one. I don’t know the guys real name but his apron says Cake. He is Amazing! Love his Personality . Well actually they are Very Extremely Nice. I’ve Traveled all over the US and Eastgate is My Absolute Favorite. They Make my Drink Perfect each time. Venti Pink Drink Add Sweet Cream with Coconut milk . Taste just like A strawberries and cream Lifesaver from the 2000s“
