“I think it's ironic that people have one minor inconvenience and find an excuse to leave a 1-star review.
Every time I order here everything is made very well for it being a commercialized fast food restaurant, people have unrealistic expectations and when they are uncooperative it makes it harder for the employees to get their jobs done. Quit throwing fits for having to pull people forward, you have to wait for your food to be made regardless!“

“Food and service was superb! I placed my order online, through the app. The workers had it finished promptly once it went through.
I spent the majority of my time, navigating the app, trying to place my order. I was already in the parking lot by the time my order had finally updated but not taken off my coupon. BOGO 50% off. This was the entire reason I was even using the app. I had finally given up and was going through the drive-thru. Closed. How could I forget, it's been like this for months.
Again, food and service, absolutely no complaints. I even ate mine a few hours later, heated up in the oven. Fast food? Not if you want to use subway rewards and deals.“
