“I was not pleased with my acai bowl as it was missing ingredients. I returned with the bowl in hand and was instantly asked if there was an issue as soon as I walked in. The young man behind the counter instantly agreed to remake my bowl. You can't ask for better service than that. It's so refreshing when young adults have a wonderful attitude and know how to talk to customers.“

“I online ordered a small pizza with two toppings for 7:00pm on New Year’s Eve. when i got there it wasn’t ready but that’s because they had ran out of spinach and didn’t wanna start cooking it without asking if i wanted a different topping. initially i was kinda disappointed that it wasn’t ready but the gentleman at the front counter made sure to prioritize my pizza and he also threw in another item for free.

for only having one chef in the kitchen on new year’s eve, they handled it very well. i will be back.“

Jamal and Varaneka were behind the counter, and their excellent, friendly customer service truly made my day. They greeted me with genuine smiles, took the time to chat about the menu, made thoughtful recommendations based on what I was craving, and made me feel right at home—like I was a regular even on my first visit. It’s rare to find staff who are so warm, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about what they do!

The food? Absolutely delicious and fresh. I went for an Anna's smoothie and a Avocado and Turkey wrap that hit all the right spots—crisp veggies, perfectly seasoned, and that made-to-order quality you can taste. Everything felt light, nutritious, and satisfying without being heavy. The ingredients are clearly top-notch, and it left me feeling energized rather than sluggish.

“The red headed black male chef that served me today was condescending and rude. I was expecting great service since he was the chef and only two people in front of me. He was too busy correcting me on menu item names to make my order correctly. This location needs better service from the chef. No napkins and 2 forks left at the drink station that needs cleaning as well.

Went back 12/11 and had a wonderful experience with a different chef, Chef Geovanni. He was kind and efficient. I’ve updated my review based on that!“

“The smoothies are great, but there needs to be a work culture that shows professionalism. I was there yesterday around 530 or so, there were two staff members(a young lady and a young male), who were cursing and playing while customers were in the lobby. i ask the young man could I have my drinks because he qas so focused on her, that he seemed distracted. (puppy love, I get it). Moreover, I'm all for the young folks taking charge, but the owner should invest in more customer service training. with that being said, I know that the product sales itself, so the owner probably isn't worried about customer service.
