I recently came to this location and typically wouldn’t complain but I had a reward for BOGO expiration date 8/16/26 and when I tried to scan it they said it was locked due to it already being expired and would not honor it EVEN though I showed them the actual award etc.
no greeting. Gen Z stare. prioritize mobile orders only.. there was a line out the door and 5-6 employees inside and they would not take a walk in order for about 25 minutes all while the mobile orders being made one after another. 1-2 people on mobile orders and the rest of the employees were just putzing around .. employee at the register literally doing nothing.. why be at the register if your not even taking walk in orders.. just standing there staring off into space..
