56 Kitchen - Solon Reviews
The staff was amazing! My 17 (!) friends and family members and I had a blast for my bachelorette party. Our pre- dinner activity finished a whole hour and a half before our reservation and they made it work to help me stay stress free for the evening. Aimee, our server, was so sweet and ensured my group of gals were taken care of the entire time. I highly recommend!
We had the Cheddar Cheeseburger and Philly Steak. The Philly Steak was seasoned very flavorfully and the sauce for the burger was delicious. The fries were just right - fresh cut and well cooked.
Wonderful experience. The food was delicious, we ordered the pizza 🍕 and grilled cheese w: tomato soup 🫕. The staff were very helpful and welcoming what more could you ask for?
The vibe of the restaurant is rustic farmhouse mixed with a boho chic atmosphere. Neutrals and earthy tones.
You honestly don’t know what to expect with the storefront but it’s such a hidden gem. Happy my iPhone 📲 picked this as a restaurant I’d like. #solonohio #foodinsolon...read full review

56 Kitchen in Solon is a restaurant that offers a varied menu with many dietary options, making it a great spot for those with dietary restrictions. They cater to vegetarians, vegans, gluten-free, and dairy-free diners. The service is consistently good, and business lunches can be completed within an hour.
Vegan options are plentiful, with dishes like veggie burgers and pizzas that can be easily modified to be vegan. The charred broccoli and salad options are popular vegan choices. The staff is accommodating, willing to make changes to menu items to suit vegan preferences, and service is noted to be attentive and prompt.
The atmosphere on Friday evenings is pleasant, with soothing music and a relaxing environment. The food presentation is commendable. The cheeseburger is very tasty, with a fresh bun and a nice sauce, while the margarita pizza was a bit undercooked, needing more sauce and a crispier crust. The restaurant is appreciated by those with gluten and dairy allergies, thanks to attentive staff. The crispy brussel sprouts with walnuts are excellent, and the French Dip on a rosemary baguette is delicious. Some dishes, like the veggie burger and Banh Mi sandwich, may taste similar and could be a bit bland, while fries might lack crispiness. Overall, 56 Kitchen offers a pleasant dining experience with delicious and visually appealing food, though service could be more engaging.
