“Hi, I moved here since 2015. One of the first places I went was Pat Dees to try the food. Since then I have always went there for the food which is excellent! I especially look forward to the the clam bake. I learned this year (2026) that not only was there a new owner, but the clam bake now requires a ticket. Thank God the quality of food didn't go down, but I will not purchase a ticket for the clam bake. The service is great! I hope that the staff has received a pay raise. Thanks, Mark“

“First time there, Stopped there at 3:30 0n 9/4/26. The service was good, My wife and I had cheeseburgers, they were good, cooked M/R as ordered, Fries were piping hot out of the fryer, seasoned good, but were way to salty. I'm sure we could have sent them back, but didn't bother. The atmosphere is nice. the parking lot needs reconfigured, put the sign on the building, and connect the 2 lots. We will be back.“

“What a hidden gem. My husband and I stumbled upon Nordstrom Grill a few weeks ago and it was like we were transported back in time. The wait staff couldn't be more helpful. The soups are amazing and will warm you up on a cold winter day . . . and the burger might also be the best in Cleveland. I only wish it were open for breakfast!“

“So, long story short, don't expect any kind of service from the bartender if you come on a Saturday evening. I started not to say anything but after a lot of thought I felt like this needs to be said. My wife and I have visited this place on several occasions usually during the week and had great service from Maggie. However this past Saturday was a complete disaster. We came in to have a burger and beer and after arriving and sitting at a table in the bar area we waited.......and waited ........ and waited. Finally after sitting and watching the bartender who we later learned was Kate socializing with what appears to be her friends for almost 15 minutes we finally flagged a guy walking by asking him if there was a waitress for this area. He stopped immediately and apologized asking what we wanted to drink and then proceeded to go behind the bar and grab our drinks himself. Coming back he apologized and asked if we wanted something to eat and took our order. Our food was later brought out by someone else and the whole time the bartender continued to socialize with the two or three people at the bar that appeared to be friends. Only after our food was brought out did she finally decide to tear herself away from her social group and grace her with her presence, and even this interaction seemed to be a bother to her. Guess I made a long story longer. Point is the bartender Kate is ok if you're in her social group. If you're not forget about getting any kind of service from her.“

“Stopped here for lunch between jobs. Small place, friendly environment, not a huge menu. Got the Chicken Philly and if it wasn't the best sandwich I've ever had. Great seasoning/sauce, fresh bun, loaded with chicken. You'll need a fork to finish it. Fries were great too. 10/10 overall. As far as bar food goes you can't find better, although you wouldn't have a problem finding something more expensive. Beer, sandwich and tip cost me $20. I'll make a point to go back whenever I'm in the area. I'd put this kitchen up again any bar in Northeast Ohio.“

“I like Sassys, but there updates on their Facebook account can be very misleading at times when it comes to music. Have told them about it at least six times. I was just up at Sassy's Friday 12-1-22 and they told me that Jam night started at 8:00 like it always does on the first Tuesday of every month. So had a group of people meet us up there today Tuesday on 12-6-22 only to find out that it was canceled. Nothing posted on Facebook which really really stinks. Told them to post, as soon as they know, if they don’t want to piss off their customers. The Union house bar always has a call up filler band come in during any cancellations. 12-6-22 8:15pm.“

“A friend and I meet here and we sat on the patio on a nice summer night. I had shrimp tacos which were delicious and friend had a burrito. It was hard to choose a beer since all the ones I ordered off the menu they were out of, so the bartender came over to let us know what was available. I had a cider and a sour beer which were also great! I would highly recommend coming here and I will be back! 😁. P.s. they have live music too!“
