Terrible service. Wasn't even greeted when we walked in. Gentleman gave us water and left and was unfriendly.. He Didn't talk or tell us our waitress will be right with us. A young lady finally came she was nice but did not even ask us how our meal was. She said in the back looking on her phone a lot . The food was good but very poor service and they included the tip in our bill and we weren't happy. She did not even work or earn 18% and I am a excellent tipper when they earn...read full review
The meal with Mama Laura and server Tae was an incredible experience. You often hear of the chefs coming to the table talking with the patrons, Mama Laura was very personable and engaging. Server Tae instantly earned a generous tip by attending to us within minutes of us being seated. He showed genuine concern for our dining and spirits needs.
