Was here Sunday around lunch time, most awkward experience I've ever had. Our server acted like he was out on cloud 9 kept bringing me diet coke when I ordered coke. Went this past Tuesday with 2 of my daughters for Happy Hour. While entering 3-4 employees were standing around the entrance and nobody greeted us. We went to the lounge area and sat waiting for someone to come greet us and take our order. No one came after 3-5 minutes. We went to the lobby and complained that no one acknowledged us and one of the staff stated they didn’t see us. Absolute lies. Terrible management, filthy restaurant, have an armed guard and are known to call the police frequently. Every other Benihana is a good one - this one is a joke.
