Ordered lunch off the app, two glass cokes on the order. Picked up the bag then realized the cokes were not there. Called in and they did not know what to tell us so put us on hold for a while. Manager came on the phone and was extremely rude. Did not want to refund the money for the cokes or give credit and said that was not an option. Wrote down a name for a credit next time we go in. We told her we had no idea who John was because she wrote down a completely different name....read full review
Messed up my order... Ordered a chicken burrito bowl... Left off the chicken. Ok, mistakes happen so I called and was told they would replace it at a later date I just needed to give the receipt number for the messed up order.
I go in place an order today give the old receipt number at checkout only to be told by the manager Miguel that he can't do it and I would have to wait until the person I spoke with was at work... Assingn excuse... So sad that this is the customer service...read full review
