Food was great, it's what you would expect from Chipotle.
I ordered online and it said it would take 15 minutes, it took 50 minutes.
Granted it was lunch time.
The prep tables are messy. Order after order on dropped food. No one will complain if kept the prep station clean.

Now that this location has been open for awhile I decided to try my luck again with online ordering. Everything came as ordered and was great. My only complaint would be my bowl not being as full as if I went inside to order it in person. :)
Imagine a long day of work to get this bowl. I ordered it for pick up because I had trust, that as a business, they will honor a proper customer and business relationship. I drove 20 minutes one way to this location. Imagine my surprise when I opened my bowl half missing. This is supposed to be a double scoop of chicken and the rice was also hard and overcooked. What a proper waste of everybody’s time.

Chipotle Mexican Grill offers a mix of experiences for its customers. Many reviews highlight the excellent customer service, noting that the staff is friendly, helpful, and works efficiently, even under pressure. Diners appreciate the fast service and generous portions, with some describing their meals as fresh and flavorful, particularly praising the juicy chicken. However, there are occasional complaints about certain food items, such as rice that can be too hard or bowls that are not as full when ordered online compared to in-person visits. While some customers have encountered issues with food freshness, others have enjoyed meals that exceeded their expectations. Overall, the restaurant is recognized for its clean environment and commitment to providing a positive dining experience.
