Jimmy John's is a good sub shop that makes food fast, fresh and sanitary in front of you. It is right by the university, maybe a five minute walk. The place is a decent sandwich at a fair price and is good value, quality and a custom sandwich. Staff and manager communicated issues and explained the delay, making a short wait a positive experience. Food was prepared promptly, order was accurate, and sandwiches were very well. The patio area is doable in the summer. Compared to other sandwich places in the valley, the quality and customer service are excellent.
