I have tried other grocery store online/pickup, but the Giant Eagle Stow/Kent, Ohio has consistently went above and beyond! Others stores substitute what they think is the best for you and tell you when you pickup. GE text/calls and sends pictures so you can make the best decision for you. They are the only grocery store I will order online from. Thank you for exceptional service!
The whole store is 5 stars!! The manager and staff are awesome there, I got stranded there and they where amazing to me, as far as to buy me something to eat and go out of there way to help me! They will never know how much I truly appreciate it and needed it more than they even know!!

My visit occurred late at night; about an hour and a half before closing. The subsequent emptiness in the store that I experienced affects my review. It was pretty empty. But unlike other stores in the hours before closing, this Giant Eagle had a lack of the post apocalyptic desolation vibe that would usually happen at 9pm. Instead, it had an occupied warmth.
