Stopped in to pick up a box of hot chocolate, had a special request to leave room and the staff was great and came through even though they were missing a coworker and rushing through the morning line of orders.
Outside speaker is terrible, most of the workers, are rude, prices there are higher than any other dunkin, never get your order right, then they get smart with you, wait time for the window is sometimes 15 min. ,use to like the dunkin donuts in streetsboro, but they have gotten terrible.

There is no enthusiasm or sense of urgency from the employees in this store. Ordered cold coffee half doz donuts and breakfast sandwich. Waited inside almost 20 minutes. Sandwich was cold. Someone needs to re evaluate these employees customer service and sense of urgency.
