“I had recently stopped in on my way home, and ordered a few things, one of which I had used my points on. When I got home, they had given me a wrong item, I had contacted customer service just to get my 200 points back. Granted it was busy so I truly do believe they were just trying to get orders out quickly and efficiently. To say Marie went above and beyond is an understatement. She had gotten back to me very quickly and was able to resolve the issue, quickly and professionally. This is not my local Dunkin but it’s worth the drive can’t wait tell next time!“

“Family and I tried this diner a little over a year ago when we moved to stow we have been going ever since. Food has been great every time. Service is always great. “These doughnuts are a must try, and you will need multiple visits to get through them all due to 80+ pre-designed flavor combinations. The atmosphere is welcoming, quaint, and retro psychedelic reminiscent of the stereotypical late 60s hippie vibe, which is done well. The only downside is ordering, as they are assembled to order, which slows the process. A simple check box sheet to order with would make the experience seam faster for the customer, so they do not feel as if they are holding the other up.Vegetarian options: Dessert and breakfast style doughnuts with many choices.“

“Best little donut shop ever!!! So funny thing... my daughter wanted dunkin donuts and the drive thru line was around the building and jubilee was open so I decided no we are going to try this place! Now we've been there at least once a week every week since. I can't go back to dunkin donuts now that I've had a freshly made donut that's just light and fluffy and delicious! Also so many kinds ! I don't have to settle for whatever is left!“

“I was a little disappointed at this one compared to the one on Talmadge circle. I was surprised the selection was less than the other one, they seemed to be out of a lot even for 10am. The donuts were tasty, but my apple fritter still had unbaked doughy bits and was ice cold, I ended up not finishing it. I'd still pick this over a dunkin, but would much rather go to the one in Talmadge.I like the interior, the seating is nice.Kid-friendliness: Definitely a place to bring your family and young ones.“

“The service is always great with very welcoming staff! I also really like the cozy environment. I have noticed however that the donuts taste like old oil was used. Unfortunately, this hasn't been a one time occurrence. My neighbor mentioned the same thing to me. I likely will not be going back.“

“Very clean, nice location . Horrible parking, too close to maneuver. The young adults behind the register are AMAZING!!!! Great customer service, they all were so nice. Smiles, greetings, you can't teach courtesy with all the phones today. These kids need raises!!!! Lucky management!!!Parking: Not enough parking spaces. Too close to the gas pumps, especially if someone is pumping gas. Very congested. No bathroom at the joining gas station!!!!! Your employees were so gracious and let me know you offer travelers a bathroom. I thanked her and left with my doughnuts and coffee. Excellent!!! We're from a village in Ohio and not real familiar with this area. People really appreciate a nice clean bathroom .“
