In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. I’ve been to many Starbucks locations and usually have a great experience, but unfortunately, this visit didn’t meet the standard I’m used to.
We went through the drive-through, and while the customer service was friendly and professional, my drink was a big letdown. Service is always great, I'm convinced the people who get bad service are just whiny boomers who bully customer service people. All the baristas have always been lovely, and I've never had a bad drink from here! They're often on the slower side, but that's because they're RIGHT NEXT TO THE TURNPIKE, which was conveniently left out in the bad reviews. They're great, but if you're in a rush I'd recommend holding off on that coffee. They absolutely...
