Honestly...Its been nice to find an affordable, local bar, to just go into and not have to worry about anything negative ruining the mood. If the Daze sauce is as amazing as it was under the original owners, I have to assume nothing but the best for this itteration.“

“I've been going to Mike's Bar & Grille in downtown Berea for a couple of years now, and every time I'm in town I make it a point to stop in. I always look forward to trying their Burger of the Month and whatever new beers they have on tap or cans. The food is consistently good. They also do a nice job rotating monthly specials. They're very pup-friendly too, which has us excited to bring our Goldens along when we make the cross-country drive in the RV this summer. Solid food, great drinks, and a welcoming neighborhood spot. Highly recommend if you're in the Berea area!“

“Our meal was great! Kid-friendly. Great service! Comfortable local restaurant that was moderately busy, but not packed and we didn’t have to wait to be seated. Trivia night. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Rice bowl with chicken, boneless wings, burger, and turkey Rachel sandwich. Ryan brought out our apps and kept checking on us. We wouldn’t hesitate to return when we’re in the area!“

“Our cousins celebrated being cousins last night and Claire was our server. She was awesome as there was 6 of us and she immediately connected with what/when we were ready to order and made suggestions when we asked. It was getting quite crowded with the table next to us but she never delayed in serving us. She deserves a salute!!“

“I have never not had a great experience here! The best burger around, hands down and their fresh-cut fries are to die for! Today, I had my husband pick me up their classic burger with provolone cheese and it was still just as super warm when he brought it to me at work as if I were to have eaten it there! “Food is scratch made. The cook is very good. Never an issue with food. Depending on which server is there service can change. Regulars get their eye first. If you're a new customer you may be waiting longer to get menu or wait longer to cash out.“

“Had a great overall experience at Butch’s. I went there with my parents who are around 90 and they were so sweet when we arrived. 2 groups offered to jump off their tables when they saw us come in and they quickly cleaned the table before we sat down. The high top seating was sturdy and comfortable for everyone. It made it so easy for my parents who hadn’t been out to eat since my dad broke his hip in November. The Friday fish fry was delicious, affordable and satisfying. The entire staff made it such a fun experience , including Butch coming over and cracking up over my dad’s jokes. I enticed my mom to play the bowling game which she had never played and she scores 54 - 135 - 177. I may have created a monster because now she wants to join the league.“

“I had a coupon for a free one topping pizza from Welcome Wagon, and have been looking for a new hometown local pizza place that's not just a chain brand. I ordered, asked questions, they explained things very professionally with great service and a warm welvome to the neighborhood! Within 25 minutes, I picked up a fresh, hot, flavorful chicken bacon barbecue pizza, and couldn't wait to get home to try it! Crust was thick but not chewy, well flavored, and not burnt, bbq sauce tasted like a sweet honey variation, bacon was crisp and dliced into bite sized pieces, as was the juicy soft chicken! All of that for only $1.99 for the extra ingredient! I will definitely order from them again, and there is an attached pub with dine in seating, if you want to get out for a fresh bite and a great time! “Cool place !!! Chicken quesadillas were great but for someone who runs a kitchen it doesn’t take 20 min to make them. But that’s okay. Spicy garlic parm wings were great! Had to try the mardi gra ones because I never heard of them; they actual mardi gra seasoning whatever it was is great, but way too much salt! definitely will be back though.“
