Starbucks in Strongsville

“Great atmosphere, good quality coffee, and solid service. Whenever I visit my doctor, I swing by here for a cup of coffee. Sometimes I'll spend an hour just reading and sipping my cup-o-joe.

I know my doctor doesn't like me adding sugar, but this is how I stay sweet. 🤣😂

I can't be drinking something more bitter that I am after seeing my medical bill.“

“I hate that I don't catch their name, but my daughter wanted to try Macha for the first time, so I asked if I could get a water just in case she doesn't like it. They said if she didn't just bring it back. She did NOT like it, so I went back up, I didn't see them but I started telling the cashier and the story and started ordering something else. They ended up telling the cashier to give the new drink to us for free since my younger daughter was brave enough to try something new today. It was great to show her that when, as a customer, if you are honest, nice and speak respectively to a Barista, Hospitally professional or anyone in service, you get rewarded. Not always of course, but a majority. Thank you!“

“I am a senior citizen. I at times have a hard time using apps. Bethany helped me use an offer I received. She was so kind. The people at this location were constantly fulfilling orders, whether they were done inside the store, the drive thru, or in advance using the app.“

“The cafe always seems to be packed and parking is still tricky - it's just a narrow parking lot that can be difficult to traverse if the place is full. Baristas are nice, the new store is beautiful. Not the friendliest third place I've visited as far as Starbucks goes, but it's good for a quick stop and pick me up :)“
