“So glad we stopped on our way through!

You can either have full service or order and they will bring your food when ready. We opted for the latter but it was almost no different than full service. The staff were all welcoming and attentive.

Our family of 4 had a good variety of the menu and all food was fresh and tasty. Salad, nachos, kids grilled chicken, brussels, and the littlest had pick 3 sides (genius option).

“First time trying this place, and it was great. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the restaurant was clean. Everyone really enjoyed their food, and we had plenty of left overs. Fried rice was the best, and the wife liked her sweet and sour chicken. I got the chicken lo mein and is the best I've had. We will be back to this place. We may even make it a weekly visit. Too bad they don't have onion rings, I bet they would be awesome.

Parking: Alot of open parking, will not be a b issue.“

“We are regulars here. The staff are friendly and hard working. Not afraid to have a conversation with you and they will make your order right without issue. They have other locations but we prefer this location based upon the employees we encounter and the food being so on point.“

“My husband and I frequent this place, but today was extra special. We went there today to take advantage of the BOGO special for Mother's Day and by the time we got there, it was sold out. The owner Jen Crichfield came out and spoke to us to explain how busy they were today and how quickly that they sold out of the special BOGO containers. We totally understood and was about to leave. She then made conversation with us asking us what our favorite flavors were and asked would we would be open to letting her give us a few different samples to taste. We agreed and tasted flavors that we probably would have never tried. We then stood there and spoke to one another for a while. It was pleasureable. She spoke about how nice we were and we said the same to her. Good customer service and simply being nice goes a long way in todays world and definitely appreciated. “Very neat brewery with plenty of space for different vibes. You have the bar area, the pond patio, the arcade, and then the outdoor concert area. So cool!
As a non-IPA drinker, was disappointed in the selection of beer. Aside from IPAs and pale ales, there was one each of lager, seltzer, and stout (15%). Ended up going with the stout which was very tasty, but only stayed long enough for just the one drink due the ABV.
They had a Mexican food truck which was delicious!“

You honestly can’t hardly tell the difference between that and the regular crust, it’s that good. We got both today, just to test things out and we are sold on the cauliflower crust. So, keto peeps and if you’re watching carbs, definitely treat yourself to a Classics pizza. The bar is SO CLEAN and the bartender was so friendly and pours a great drink. Prices are fair and the service is unmatched. The owner, friendliest guy in the world and dedicated to making this place the best it can be. Vibes are immaculate. Truly cannot say enough good things about this location- I only wish we lived closer to make it a regular staple in our delivery rotation.“

“We ate here on my husbands birthday. It was around 2pm. Excellent service. Although the hosting staff was not around to seat us, we walked to the back and the manager or possibly the chef, took care of it. I truly wish I would have asked his name. Kudos to you sir! He was very professional and probably the best customer service experience I have ever had in a long time. Our server, Lenayah, was amazing. Many thanks to Lenayah and the manager/chef for making our dining experience excellent. We will be back!“

“My husband and I stopped in yesterday for lunch and was able to see all of the Smashburger workers band together and fill a to-go order for 196 people. They did an amazing job. Would 100% recommend Westerville Smashburger.....with these people, you won't be disappointed! 😊“

“In my humble opinion , for a chain it's the best place for breakfast . Everything is made to order and appears to be made from quality ingredients.
Staff at all First Watch are very friendly and seem to really enjoy working with there.
Anytime I have a choice for breakfast, it'll always be First Watch.

Parking: It's located in a newer strip mall and sits on the west side of US 23 probably halfway between Delaware and the road that takes you to Polaris.

“My husband and I received fantastic food and service on 4/27. It's the little things, such as bringing addional sweet n low packets to the table without prompting, and making sure we had a second beverage before we finished the first glass, that separate decent servers from the excellent ones. Abby is definitely in the excellent category! Our burgers were prepared as requested and tasted delicious! We don't live nearby, however, we'll definitely make a point to visit again when we are in the area.“

“Out with the family for dinner and we basically had to settle for this place because there was no wait time. The inside is basically a dive frat bar with music blaring. We ate outside and while the atmosphere was gross, especially for kids, the food and service were pretty top tier. I wouldn't come back, but the overall experience wasn't bad.“

“This is one of the best restaurants for breakfast, brunch, and dinner. The food is consistent. I have visited all the locations in the area, and I can confidently say that the food quality, quantities, and flavor are consistent. My favorite meal selections are the cloud nine pancakes, applewood smoked bacon, homemade breakfast sausage, country breakfast, fresh buttermilk biscuit, classic cheeseburger, Northstar burger, fish sandwich, and chopped salad. I have never had a bad experience or meal at Northstar. This is the energy and sense of community that was present at Starbucks. You can see and feel through the experience and the atmosphere that Northstar is firmly committed to exceptional service and quality. This is my go-to spot to rewind, relax, and socialize.“
