Four of us has a great dinner last night. We all ordered different things, and everyone was happy! Our server was very good and she was very attentive.
We had the absolute worst experience on my birthday this month. We were treated terrible by the manager…and it was not the first time. I cannot believe the way he is allowed to speak to people and keep his job. We have tried to give Ciao a chance since it was sold but we will not be back. The food has gone downhill and so has the service. It is such a shame because I have always loved Ciao and we especially love the patio. I can’t explain how much I enjoyed my first dinner at Ciao. My son took me out for Mother’s Day and this is where we decided to go.
I went all the way to Italy and back only a week ago in search of amazing food (specifically pasta in a cheese wheel) and it turns out I just had to go to Toledo.
Gino, our server was personable and attentive. Excellent service!!
