First Italian restaurant I have been to since I have been here. This place is awesome. Nicole took care of me and she was awesome. Best service I have had since I have been Ohio. Food was excellent. The couple playing live music, were fun and sounded great. I loved everything about this place.
Four of us has a great dinner last night. We all ordered different things, and everyone was happy! Our server was very good and she was very attentive.
We had the absolute worst experience on my birthday this month. We were treated terrible by the manager…and it was not the first time. I cannot believe the way he is allowed to speak to people and keep his job. We have tried to give Ciao a chance since it was sold but we will not be back. The food has gone downhill and so has the service. It is such a shame because I have always loved Ciao and we especially love the patio.
