I ordered at 6:20 and got the verification that delivery was between 7:30-7:45. At 7:55 I called because this was for my husbands lunch (he works nights) and was told “the driver is running way behind” so I asked if I could come pick it up and was told “no we hasn’t even started making it”, I asked if they could call me when it was ready and I would come get it and whoever was on the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE and just kept saying “no we will get it to you when we can”....read full review
Some one answered when I called and asked me to hold, they then set the phone down and no one picked it back up. When my boyfriend got there to pick up the food I was still on hold while my boyfriend called me to see if I ordered. The person he talked to said there was no way because he had four phones by him and was really rude. Probably won't be going back.
