Eat At Oasis Pizza & Grill

Site has been accommodating despite our company's third shift having to order late at night and causing some inconvenience for the location. The manager expressed some frustration with this but asked that we try to work with them, has never refused the orders we put in, and food has been satisfactory. Their delivery driver is an absolute sweet heart.

I'm not sure what to rate. I like their food, but everytime I call in an order I always seem to get the same chick and she's always very rude. Tonight's excuse was my phone kept cutting in and out and she was getting angry with me. The problem was on their end, their side of the line was full of static and I could barely make out what she was saying. Maybe training should include actual customer service skills and manners.

So I have ordered food in the past and it was always alright but nothing amazing. Portions were small depending on what you got and was kinda pricey in my opinion. Tonight my husband and decided since its the only place with variety near us that delivers we'd try it again.
