Trisha at central ave location was so rude!!!!!!!
The GM of this locations very rude & not customer service friendly. We had an issue with our order & when we called this location to let them know they told us we were wrong & that we should have checked their work to make sure it’s correct. The GM proceeded to tell us that he doesn’t need our money & over talked instead of listening! It’s a sub for crying out loud & if the order is messed up, fix it! Customer service was not there. No one was inside the store. Walk over to the counter(order here section) no one greeted me or anything. Took over a minute to be acknowledged ( I almost walked out very unprofessional) Asked for my order gave it to him and the young gentlemen proceeded to ask the young lady to make my order when he was doing nothing and she was making an online order. I wanted add items to my sub but the young gentleman had already wrapped it up and everything.
