This morning 11/1/2025 the workers are ignoring customers they are not answering the drive thru and have the dining room locked they see people waiting at the door and they just sit there and stare at them and if you call and ask if they are open they hang up on you . If you are understaffed or having an issue just tell people that but completely ignoring them is completely unnecessary and rude.
I ordered a bourbon bacon cheeseburger meal and got a chicken sandwich meal that was so overcooked that it wasn't even edible even if I was gonna try to eat it. I've been calling over and over again for 45 mins now and noone is answering the phone . I can't go back cause I'm at work and I'm not gonna pay for delivery for something I already paid for but didn't receive I'm pissed 😡
