“While in town on vacation we got the Chicken and Shrimp hibachi and the NY Strip and Scallops hibachi and both were amazing! Super fresh and cooked perfectly. The hibachi meals come with a broth and a salad, both of which were good! We called our order in and it was done within 15 min. The service was excellent and the workers were very kind. The restaurant is small inside but they do have some seating, we got our food to go.”

“I tried there potato soup on Saturday. That was the best soup. I think I’ve ever tasted definitely have to have more today I had a breakfast sandwich. It was bacon, sausage, egg, and cheese toast with mayonnaise. I added it was so homemade taste. It was so good also, I’ve had their sloppy Joe’s special on Wednesdays, where can you buy two sloppy Joe sandwiches and fries for the price they have there’s I tried to get the recipe. It is so good but they’re not talking LOL. The best donut café within miles. You have to try in Nelsonville, Ohio.Parking: Parking is always great but as far as what I recommend in the food everything I have tried I love .my favorite is potato soup right now and for breakfast it is that sandwich with toast, sausage, bacon, egg and cheese with a little mayo, the best food around 4 miles so glad they decided to open up a Nelsonville. We just got to get the word out more. they are located right beside domino’s”

“Booked a VRBO in this tiny historic town. The Tavern was in walking distance and we absolutely loved it. The bar manager is fantastic, the music trivia night was so much fun. The food and drinks 10/10. Would definitely recommend this bar to anyone!Kid-friendliness: Had our three kids with us. They enjoyed their experience and food.”

“While visiting Glouster I stopped into little Italy pizza and placed an order for delivery on the next evening. Paid the bill and was assured that they would fulfill the order per my wishes. Not only did they follow thru with their promise to me but as well one of the workers sent me confirmation pictures of the pizzas, and they looked beautiful just as they promised. 10 out of 10 for Chad and Logan for making it happen. Thx guys, yall knocked it out of the park”

“I am willing to drive 5+ miles to go to this subway and that should tell you a lot about the locations in main Athens. These guys consistently get my order right 9/10 from online and are generous with ingredient portions. And unlike the location on E State St the wheat bread smells and tastes like wheat bread and not like tuna which as a vegetarian is a very appreciated thing… ?”

“Lodge is beautiful. Very few guests on this September Wednesday. Only food available is in restaurant unless you want chips, cookies from vending. No other locations close.Restaurant beautiful setting and clean. Nothing on the menu for a grab and go. We ate outside where hummingbird feeders were empty. Lots of birds and squirrels to watch.”

“Crumb's is a local favorite. They make great bread, pastries, crackers and more. I love the apricot rolls that have fresh apricot puree with sunflower seeds in them. I also like their multi-grain bread which has a consistently well-browned crust and an even crumb (pun intended). Good bakers!”

“DQ Glouster never misses the mark. My usual order is a chicken strip basket. The gravy cup is almost always so full that if I move one muscle in the wrong direction, I will spill the savory goodness everywhere. The chicken is ALWAYS piping hot and very obviously freshly fried. And the toast is "buttered" from edge to edge (it's definitely not real butter, but that's to be expected). The service is always great too.”

My BK stacker was delicious, and the new Mexican chicken is delicious. The fries still suck but I never get them so, take that into consideration.”

“My family and I have eaten at A LOT of Subway's and at each and everyone, we always comment to one another, the one in GLOUSTER is the BEST!! We will drive great distances just to go to THAT Subway!!!! The employees are fantastic and always treat everyone with RESPECT! The food is always FRESH! We went to one in Logan (Walmart) and the lettuce was BROWN and the woman THOUGHT she was going to give that to us! Psh no way! The ONLY thing I DON'T like about ALL the SUBWAY restaurants is THIS.....on the sliders, we SHOULD be ALLOWED to put the toppings of OUR CHOICE on those! It's like you can get a lot on there to begin with, so it's a little silly that we have to eat OUR food....YOUR way!”
