Who owns the Trotwood location? The service is absolutely horrible. The ice cream machine is down all the time by 7pm.
The management & service at this location is beyond terrible, you have a manager that is too focused on her employees & what they’re doing instead of taking care of customer needs. They horse play & flirt around as if this isn’t an food establishment. The employees are sleeping around with each other. The conversations that i’ve heard as a customer is beyond my means & not what i’ve came here to listen to. I’ve been here several times & witnessed them hugging each other...read full review
