“Ok so we’ve dined at Old Scratch Troy location about 6 times since it’s opened. Waited a bit to give them time to really get in their groove. While I do recommend the place. Pizza is good, staff is nice (especially Amanda at the bar) and shareables are tasty. That said I would like to see the food’s taste be a little more consistent. My favorite dish is the fire roasted cauliflower but sadly it hasn’t been prepared the same way twice with the last two times it was barely seasoned at all once it was almost raw. Hopefully as training continues they will fix that issue.“

It’s definitely a top 3 best burger, with a unique taste profile completely different from any burger ive ever experienced. The house chips have a refreshing seasoning, and the signature peppercorn sauce is unforgettable. “Fridas catered our wedding reception and it was perfect! We had rave reviews on the food, but most importantly to me the communication was great. Immediate responses to questions and polite and professional. Everything was delivered and set up perfectly. I highly recommend Fridas and the wonderful staff.“

“Delicious, as usual. Really, the only Mexican place that we can eat where we don't feel sick afterwards. And we live two and a half hours away, but we always make sure to go there whenever we are either heading towards or coming home from a location out that way. I always order a large container of the hot salsa to go because it's delicious, and then I put it in smaller containers and freeze them so that I can pull them out whenever I want.“
