“Went to Culver's in Troy a week ago. Spent $40+ and drove back to Piqua before I realized that they forgot 2 burgers. Not cheap burgers either. Called them and instead of telling me to come pick them up, they said they would send me a coupon in the mail. So my daughter and I had sides for dinner(pretzels and fries). Today I take my coupon for the food I already paid for and the Manager Katrina said that the coupon only was for one sandwich and refused to give me all my food I had already paid for and waited a week to get reimbursed on. Katrina said that I should have kept my receipt. Even though they sent me a coupon. To make it worse 2 teenage looking girls stood behind the manager at the window laughing and talking about me trying to get my food. I asked Katrina their names to include in the complaint but she refused to give the names. I asked for the General Managers name and she said it was Cheryl, but she was not in today. Very frustrating. All I want is what I paid for. Not sure how to get it. Plan to call the GM, call corporate(closed until Monday), write reviews everywhere I can.“

“Update: I spoke with Elliot and we had a very good conversation over the phone and even better at the restaurant. He invited us back and it was a totally different experience. Ashlee (sp) was our server/bartender as she was picking up tables all over the restaurant. She was very personable and on top of her service. You could see that they were still short staffed but the team that worked that evening was on top of it. Elliot was very kind and professional and has true hospitality and leadership skills. When we stroll back this way in a year, we will probably see you again. 😎 Thanks again Elliott for the "WOW" experience. You are a kind human.
We stopped in at 4:00 pm on a Saturday with my 7 year old granddaughter for a party of 5. The host informed us that it was a 45-50 minute wait because their servers called off. The restaurant was empty and no other guests were waiting. The bartender was leaning against the bar chatting and no manager in sight. Why couldn't the bartender pick up some tables, the manager as well as it was still early and again the restaurant was 90 percent empty. Back in my day in the restaurants, I would be all over picking up tables as that is my money and as a manager, the same and then give the tips to the team for making it happen. Didn't look like a very good environment for employees or guests. It has been over 10 years since I stepped into an Applebee's and this one just confirmed that there is really no reason to ever do it again. My granddaughter is the one who wanted to go here but we enjoyed great hospitality and food at a different restaurant. I would recommend staying away from this location.“

“Food is always consistently good and the shakes are even better. Staff is friendly, for the very small interaction you get to have with them. As far as the atmosphere, it seems we may never get the old charms and fun that these places brought. Kiosks, self service, and limited interactions. Shame.“

“Almost always get great service and speed. Tonight was not my typical experience. While placing my order at the speaker, I asked for a Whopper Jr and before I could add medium onion rings I was rudely interrupted to be asked if I wanted cheese. Very clearly, I said NO, then proceeded with my order. 2 items. At the window I get a full size Whopper WITH cheese. Why bother interrupting me if you disregard what I say anyway?“

“Dont let the nice exterior fool you! This is one of the worst Wendy's around... Sincerely, this was the worst service I've experienced in years.. . They completely ignored us standing at the counter for almost 15 minutes... They focused exclusively on drive-thru while leaving us standing waiting for service. There was hardly any drive-thru traffic, but they continued to prioritize new cars while continually ignoring us... I let them know we didn't appreciate being ignored and that it was borderline dispectful to be so blatantly disregarded... The rude girl working the fryer yelled across the entire dining room that they were short-staffed... Believe me when I say that's a cop-out for sure! Only 4:00 on a Sunday, at least 4 visible staff members, no discernable manager, two cars in the drive-thru when we left... The staff LITERALLY outnumbered the customers... Genuinely poor customer service and being understaffed are two completely different things...“

“My burger was raw and had a toenail in it I kinda liked the taste tho ! My cheese was frozen and I was missing the burger buns. But their was this lady who gave me the stank eye and spat in my cold frozen fries but her spit gave it some much needed salt and instead of pickels on my burger their was buggers and I found a block 19 in my iced coffee..... but other than that I got stuck in the slide at the play place now it's my fault tho bc I am 67 years old and weight 562 pounds but in whatever“

“Very impressed, this A&W/LJS has come a long way! Clean and well kept. Service was friendly, helpful and quick. Staff was busy restocking, wiping down tables and removing trash. Food was exactly right. This location has had issues in the past and they seemd to have really straightened things out! Will definitely be returning.“
